2022-2023 Program Information           

The McHenry Junior Warriors is a travel program that is affiliated with McHenry Baseball Association.  For the 2022-2023 season there is a 7th and 8th grade team.  

Tryouts for the 2022-2023 Season will be as follows: 

8th Grade: Tuesday July 26 and Wednesday July 27 5:00-7:00 at Mchenry Township, 3703 N Richmond Rd, Mchenry, IL. 60051
Tryout registration link: McHenry Jr. Warrior 8th Grade Tryouts (14u)

7th Grade: TBD

● Jr. Warriors will play in the Mid Suburban Baseball League (MSBL)
● Up to 50 games including league play and 6+ tournaments
● June/July/August tournament(s) will require overnight stay (minimum of 2 nights)
● Possibility of fall program/tournament
● Practices begin after September 6th outdoors and will also include indoor winter practices begin November/December pending facility availability
● Practices will cover drills and plays taught to the high school teams
● Open to players entering 7th or 8th grade planning to attend McHenry High School
● If you are trying out for catcher you must provide your own equipment
