Coaching a Rec League Team (No paper forms accepted)

Are you interested in coaching in the McHenry Baseball Association?  In order to volunteer to coach, please follow the steps below.  Once the board has reviewed applications, the appropriate coaches will be contacted and asked to provide valid identification so a background check can be performed.

  1. Log into www.mchenrybaseball.com - if you do not have a login, you will need to create one.  If you have forgotten your username or password, please follow the on-screen prompts to help reset your information.
  2. Click on 'My Account'
  3. If you have previously created a 'Participant' (player) you should see their information along with any programs they are eligible to register for.
  4. Click on 'Register' and choose the appropriate program.
  5. Fill in any required information throughout the participant registration process.
  6. When you are at the 'Volunteer' step of the player registration, choose whether you would like to 'Manage' or 'Assistant Coach' (or both if you are open to either).  
  7. Be sure to fill out the person you would like to coach with in the special comments/requests field.
  8. Complete the player registration and CHECKOUT.  Failure to checkout will result in the player not being registered and the coach not setup to volunteer.
